We have embarked on a consistent testing path with our methodology and its technological aspect, in which we had brought in various perspectives from multiple advisors. For six months we had refined our assumptions and our solution with the help from senior HR executives from world's leading banks, renowned professors in the field of SHRM, as well as C-level executives from a Fortune 2000 tech firm. In February and March 2019, we had successfully tested our learning materials and technology with more than 150 people from 10+ different nationalities, and achieved our first valuable outcomes.

In January 2020, we secured our first major achievements. Firstly, we had been accepted to the renowned UCL's BaseKX Accelerator, as well as shortlisted as one of the most promising startups within London. Secondly, our methodology and learning materials had already allowed more than 30 people to secure full time jobs with the likes of Accenture, EY, Booking.com, Google, Deloitte among many others.

Almost two years into prototyping, feedback and fine tuning, we had finally Beta launched Naomi AI – an AI powered Career Coach that brilliantly merges the concepts of personal branding and marketing with the fundamental knowledge of the recruitment, as well as support the jobseekers at each and every step of the selection processes, and help them land the desired job.
